RANDALL TUTTLE

Randall’s experience in leading successful companies has ranged from small, regional,
entrepreneurial companies to larger, national, publicly traded companies. With Trade Street
Capital, he is using this experience in growing, acquiring, integrating, developing and
transforming businesses to partner with other entrepreneurs in need of both capital plus
access to additional management resources.

Randall is married with two children, and is very active in his community - serving in a
variety of volunteer and board level roles. He is a member of theYoung Presidents
Organization, and is also active in angel investing. In his spare time, he enjoys piloting his
own plane as well as playing and coaching a wide variety of sports. Randall is a graduate
of Duke University.
